COWGIRLS ESPRESSO offers you the opportunity to operate a drive-through business, including a walk-up window, offering specialty espresso beverages plus quality bakery goods. We offer Single Franchise Unit and Multi Unit Agreements as well as Master Franchising Agreements.
The estimated initial investment to establish a COWGIRLS ESPRESSO business ranges from approximately $75,217 to $115,167, including the initial franchise fee of $25,000 for up to TWO locations. For a Multiple Cowgirls Espresso business the estimated initial investment ranges from $120,217 to $264,167. (From 2 to 5 Locations)
The continuing services, or "royalty fee," is 7% of your gross sales. This fee entitles you to use the COWGIRLS ESPRESSO service mark, use of distinctive system, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and counseling, and other benefits that come with being a COWGIRLS ESPRESSO franchise.
COWGIRLS ESPRESSO will only grant an exclusive territory if you become a Master or Area franchisee. However we will never put a location "on top of" or "next to" an existing stand unless the current stand is at maximum capacity. We will offer first right or refusal to a qualified franchisee.
Absolutely. Not only are you trained on what's involved in selecting a location and filing necessary permits but we assist you in the process. This is all included in your training.
The COWGIRLS ESPRESSO name and reputation is an important part of our business. You will spend a minimum of $3,000 on grand-opening advertising during the first three months of operations. In addition, the Cowgirls Team will teach you the effective advertising & marketing techniques to help you be successful.
You will participate in an initial training course of approximately 4 days. The initial program will focus on all aspects of the COWGIRLS ESPRESSO franchise system and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training. This training is in addition to the on-site opening assistance we provide you.
We currently do not offer financing but we do work with franchisees that have good credit history, previous management experience on finding ways to reduce their minimum investment. We also have lending sources in addition to the SBA that may be able to help you.
